Kareem Moussa, MD is Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at University of California, Davis. He received his medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine and completed residency training in Ophthalmology at University of California, San Francisco. He subsequently completed a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear at Harvard Medical School, and a fellowship in uveitis at the F.I. Proctor Foundation at University of California, San Francisco. He is currently a vitreoretinal surgeon at University of California, Davis Eye Center. His interests include imaging, surgical instrumentation, molecular diagnostics, and treatment outcomes. He is a committed educator and is the recipient of multiple departmental and institutional awards.
